How it Works

Lenders - Lend Your Clothes

1️⃣Create Your Account Sign up for an Untagged account and complete Stripe identity verification so you can receive rental payments securely.

2️⃣List Your Item Upload your item and complete the listing details, including:

• Item description
• Rental price per week
• Refundable security deposit
• Availability calendar Only select the dates your item is available for rent.

3️⃣Approve Rental Requests When a renter requests your item, you'll receive a notification. Review the request and choose whether to approve or decline it.

4️⃣Package & Send Once approved, prepare your item for shipping. An An Post shipping label will be emailed to you (please allow up to 7 hours to receive it). Attach the label and drop your parcel at your nearest An Post office.

5️⃣Receive Your Item Back At the end of the rental period, the renter will return the item using a prepaid An Post label.

6️⃣Confirm Return Check that the item has been returned in the same condition it was sent. If there is no damage, mark the rental as returned to complete the transaction.

Renters - Rent Clothes

1️⃣Create Your Account Sign up for an Untagged account and complete Stripe verification to enable secure payments and deposits.

2️⃣Browse & Choose Explore thousands of items listed by our community of lenders.

---

3️⃣Request Your Rental Select:

• Your chosen item
• Rental duration
• Available rental dates Your request will then be sent to the lender for approval.

4️⃣Payment Confirmation Once the lender approves your request, your rental payment and refundable security deposit will be charged.

5️⃣Enjoy Your Rental Your item will be shipped directly to you. Once it arrives, enjoy wearing it for the duration of your rental period.

6️⃣Return Your Item When your rental is ending, an An Post return shipping label will be emailed to you. Simply package the item securely, attach the label and drop it off at your nearest An Post office.

7️⃣Receive Your Deposit Back Once the lender confirms the item has been returned and is free from damage, your security deposit will be released. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
